Fogo de Chão is an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) and they have been setting the standard in Brazil with this style of dining for the past 30 years. Fogo offers their guests 15 delectable cuts of fire-roasted meats served tableside by the authentic gaucho chefs that prepare and cook each cut. They also offer a “salad bar” consisting of gourmet salads, fresh-cut vegetables, cured meats, smoked salmon and imported cheeses, as well as a variety of traditional Brazilian side dishes.
