Checks must be made out to ARW Ventures LLC. Mail to Austin Restaurant Week 1405 W. 6th Street. Austin, TX 78705 Checks not received within 5 days of registration will result in the omission of restaurant in participation and marketing collateral. ALL FULL payments are due by March 16th at address above. Failure to comply with this request will result in omission from ARW Spring 2012.
Per the ARW Restaurant Participation Requirements, (2) $25 gift cards are required for participation. Payment and gift cards must be received WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PAYMENT, no later than March 9th at 5:00 PM or restaurant will be unable to participate.

- I agree that cancellation of any portion of this contract prohibits a refund, and if checks are not received by ARW WITHIN 5 days of completing this registration form, restaurant will not be considered as a Participant. Payments received after March 9th will result in the omission of marketing collateral. Payments not received by March 16th will result in the omission of restaurant in the ARW Spring 2012 event.
